Refunds policy

Thank you for choosing Your Career Coach. We offer webinars, courses, and structured programs designed to deliver strategic value and practical insights for senior professionals, founders, and aspiring leaders.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully. By purchasing any program, webinar, training, or course (“Program”), you agree to be bound by the terms below.

No Refunds for Digital Content Once Delivered

Once a webinar is accessed or a course module has been made available online for viewing, we do not provide refunds. Digital content, once delivered or made available for streaming, cannot be returned.

Live Webinars and Recorded Content

If you have registered for a live webinar but have not yet accessed the session:

  • You may request a refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Requests made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you attended the live session and later request a refund, it will not be granted.

Access to recorded session(s) is treated as “delivered.” No refunds will be provided once access credentials are shared or content is streamed.

Structured Programs & Cohorts

For multi-session cohort programs or training programs (e.g., 1-month ID Exam prep, Founder Cohort):

  • Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted before the official cohort start date.

  • If access to any part of the program is already granted (including orientation sessions, materials, or modules), refunds will not be issued.

  • Certain programs that require advance preparation or cohort placement may be non-refundable from the moment of purchase — this will be clearly stated on the program details page.

Cancellation by Your Career Coach

Your Career Coach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any program, webinar, or course. In such cases:

  • Participants will be offered a full refund, or

  • A credit for an equivalent live or upcoming session

Participants may choose either option.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (where applicable under this Policy):

  1. Email us at: support@yourcareercoach.in

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Program Name]

  3. In the email, include:

    • Full name

    • Order/Transaction ID

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for requesting refund

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days and a response will be provided by email.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Chargebacks

If you file a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without contacting us first, it may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of program access

  • Permanent restriction from future programs

  • Forfeiture of any refundable amount under this policy

We encourage all participants to contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
